Real Madrid plans to sign for free with Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen to make up for the failure of the deal with Pogba.
The Daily Mail announced that Real Madrid would move free to Eriksen next summer if Manchester United were able to convince French player Paul Pogba.
Royal attempted to sign Pogba on the summer transfer market, but Manchester United overstated its financial demands, which prevented the transaction from closing.
Real also tried to sign Eriksen after failing to sign Pogba, but the Spurs administration exaggerated their demands.
Christian Eriksen will be available for free for all clubs next summer if the Spurs' administration fails to convince him to renew his contract.
