WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Actress Heather Locklear did not oppose her conviction Friday by a US court. In particular, she assaulted law enforcement officials who had been responding to calls for housework at her home last year.
Leclerc, 57, was sentenced to 120 days in jail, but the court statement said she would be exempted if she agreed to go to a mental health center.
The court also added that Heather would be under surveillance for three years after leaving the psychotherapy class. By September 6, the court will send another set of detailed instructions to Heather.
Heather was struggling with drug treatment and was arrested twice last year for attacking her boyfriend and the police. She would have been under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
