Reports: CAF lifts suspension of Ismaili and returns to Champions League

Arab media confirmed that the African Football Confederation (CAF) had decided to lift the suspension of the Ismaili club and bring it back to the current edition of the African Champions League.

According to BN Sports, the CAF decided Sunday to lift the penalty already imposed on Ismaili, according to his own sources.

Alkaf, Ismaili, was sanctioned by his exclusion from the African Champions League and the cancellation of his results following the riots that broke out during the match against the Afro-Tunisian Ismaili stadium.

The referee was forced to suspend the match from the 86th minute until the end of the riots, which lasted several minutes.

Al-Kaf had decided to stop Isma's participation in the tournament and to exclude it before an appeal against this decision was made by the administration of the dervishes.
