World star Rihanna apologized to her fans for temporarily stopping singing because of her interest in her new empire.
Rihanna admitted that she would not publish new music any time soon because she is focusing on her empire in fashion, lingerie and cosmetics, valued at £ 486 million.
The 31-year-old singer told her disciples, "I'm really sorry," when asked if she was expecting her to release a new album in the near future.
Rihanna has not released an album since Anti's 2016, focusing instead on other projects, including fashion and make-up, according to the British Daily Mail.
In her speech, the star explained that her loyal fans "must be patient before hearing anything new about her".
She said: "All I'm going to do, be it album, perfume, underwear, makeup or fashion, wait, I'm really sorry."
Over the last three years, Rihanna has been interested in other projects, including a lingerie line that brought her 120 million pounds sterling.
While its brand Fenty Beauty achieved 80 million pounds sterling in the first weeks of sales, the brand now stands at 2.5 billion pounds.
