The league continues to be named Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Cup for the second season in a row

His Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, President of the General Authority of Saudi Sports, announced a further pleasant surprise regarding the professional league in its new version 2019-2020.

In his speech at the inaugural ceremony of the Saudi Professional League 2019-2020, Al-Faisal announced the launch of the contest for the second year in a row.

He added: "The competition will be named Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Cup for the professionals".

Al-Faisal stressed that this designation stems from the tremendous support given by His Highness, Saudi sports in general and football in particular.

Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal said that His Highness the Crown Prince had provided financial support of 2.5 billion riyals to all clubs in the Kingdom, including 1.6 billion to professional league teams.

The Saudi sports authorities, the sports authority, have granted the right to transfer free matches of the Saudi professional league for the new season.

The matches of the Saudi League 2019-2020 should be covered by 28 cameras and followed in the green rectangle.
