Riyadh newspaper Hilal succeeds in resolving the Colombian agreement Gustavo Cuellar

Hilal, led by Fahad bin Nafil, signed Friday with Colombian international Gustavo Cuellar after weeks of negotiations with his former club, Flamengo.

Cuiar was part of the age group of Deportivo Cali before playing for the first team from 2009 to 2014 and embarking on a new career with Junior on loan. In January 2016, Cuiar joined Flamengo and participated in the quarterfinals of the Copa Libertadores during the current tournament edition. He reached the Copa Sudamericana in 2017 before losing to Argentina Independiente.

Like the first Colombian national team, Cuiar played seven appearances. He dates back to 2015 when his team faced Peru in a friendly match and also faced Ecuador in the 2018 World Cup qualifiers. The only one to lead his country to the final round.
