Today, Friday, an Iranian court sentenced to 10 years in prison a young Iranian woman, Fatima Khwishund, known as “Sahar Tebr”, who looks like Hollywood star Angelina Jolie.
The Iranian woman, now 22, was arrested in October 2019 and sentenced to 10 years in prison on Friday, according to what was reported by Iranian agency “Rukna”.
Previous reports indicated that Iranian authorities arrested Sahar Tiber for “blasphemy and incitement to violence” and others for “corruption”.
The Rukna News Agency quoted the young Iranian woman as saying, “I was charged with 4 counts and I was acquitted of two counts. I don’t want to comment on the charges because I hope for an amnesty, “adding that” the judge sentenced me to 10 years in prison, of course the verdict was subject to appeal and I opposed it. “
Sahar has gained great fame on social media, after posting photos of herself showing she had plastic surgery, to look like a copy of Angelina Jolie.
