Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said today that the attack on the facilities of Saudi Aramco, the largest oil exporter in the world, could affect global energy security.
The Russian minister added that he planned to make a phone call with his Saudi counterpart, Prince Abdul Aziz bin Salman, after the attacks on the Saudi oil facilities.
