The Liverpool team inflicted a crushing defeat on Arsenal at home (3-0), in the match between them on Saturday, leading the 30th round of the English Premier League.
Portuguese forward Diogo Jota opened the scoring for the Reds in the 64th minute, with a superb header.
Fellow Egyptian star Mohamed Salah doubled the score in the 68th minute after a great individual effort sent the ball through the feet of German goalkeeper Bernd Leno.
Jota returned and scored his second personal goal for himself and the third for “the Reds” in the 82nd minute of the game, which took place at the “Emirates” stadium in the capital, London.

Liverpool raised their scoreline after the win to 49 points and moved from seventh to fifth in the Premier League table, awaiting the results of the rest of this round.
Arsenal’s balance stopped at 42 points, and they are ranked ninth so far in the league table.
