Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman has sparked an interaction after his statements on reaching an agreement with the United Arab Emirates on an oil production cap for the countries of the OPEC Plus group.

And Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, in response to a question about the details of the settlement, said: “Why should I mention everything, this is an art that I keep a secret and we all keep it. You always appreciate that we do not have the competence or we are not intelligent or diplomats, and also you had a blind vision of what brings us together, what brings us together is more than what you write, unfortunately.

The Saudi minister asked his Emirati counterpart, Suhail Al Mazrouei: “Am I right, Suhail? And then the latter replied by saying: “100%, you are right, Your Highness”.
