The decision also includes the location of 70% of the total number of workers in public establishments in real estate activities in owned or leased properties, real estate activities on the basis of fees or contracts, and other subsidiary activities, to provided that the number of Saudis in the establishment is not less than one Saudi employee.
The first phase of the decision included limiting work to 100% of Saudis in cinema sales trades, and granting an exception to certain technical and support specialties, provided that the number of expatriate workers excluded does not exceed 15% of the total workers of the establishment. .
