Saudi Aramco begins offering dollar-denominated bonds
Saudi oil company “Aramco” announced today, Monday, the start of the offering of US dollar bonds, which will be priority and unsecured by international assets.
The bond offer is part of the Global Medium Term Note Program and the value of the offer will be determined according to market conditions.
The issue is aimed at institutional investors (qualified individuals in the countries in which the offering will take place, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in these countries).
The entity responsible for managing the issue will be Citibank, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC, GBMorgan, Morgan Stanley and NCB Capital.
