Saudi Arabia’s Sharia court ruled to transfer a daughter’s guardianship to the Sharia ruler and her marriage to someone, after filing a lawsuit that included her father’s refusal to marry her with multiple suitors .
Saudi Arabia’s Justice Ministry said that within 5 days a judgment was handed down to prove the muscle of a daughter of her father and marry her to her fiance, explaining that the rules for organizing muscular prosecutions issued by the Supreme Judicial Council demand speed of judgment.
In particulars, a girl brought an allegation against her father that he refused to marry her to multiple suitors. And she asked that the guardianship of the marriage be transferred to the judge, and the girl’s fiancé attended the court, saying: He is ready to marry the plaintiff.
The court verified that the girl’s bisexuality and her consent to the girl’s suitor and father – the defendant – did not appear in court.
And that the decision of the Council issued to regulate the procedures of the muscular lawsuits aims to cut the dispute between the parties, remove the damages to those affected, and accelerate the resolution of these cases.
The defendant refrained from giving an order he was obligated to make, and the plaintiff agreed with the suitor, and she established evidence of her father’s support for her.
And the text of the decision says: Transfer the marriage mandate from the plaintiff’s father to the legal ruler – marry the daughter with whom she consented.
