Saudi Sports News "Turki Al-Sheikh announces the continuation of the presidency of the Arab Union until the end of his term"

The Executive Committee of the Arab Football Federation held its 65th meeting in Riyadh, and HE Mr. Turki bin Abdul Mohsen Al Sheikh, President of the Arab Football Federation, commended the success of the Federation's programs and activities. Especially the Zayed Cup for champions clubs.

The meeting also asked all members of the committee to pay tribute to the President of the Arab Football Federation and to the Chairman of the Executive Committee for the continuation of his mandate. He responded to the request of the committee members by stating that he would continue his work until the end of his term. In the Arab world

The President of the Arab Union announced the start of the special arrangements for the preparation of the second edition of the Arab Club Cup and the launch of the sports development project in a number of Arab countries, as well as its support to national associations to overcome their difficulties.

The annual awards have been awarded to the best player, best player, best coach and top scorer, which will take place in the next final of the Zayed Cup for Champions Clubs, to be held on April 18 in Al Ain.

At the meeting attended by Vice Presidents Mohammad Rurahoh and Abdul Khaleq Masood, members of the Executive Committee were briefed on the Federation's administrative and technical program reports, as well as the Zayed Cup for the existing championships. And the formation of a number of committees has been adopted, namely:

• The Championships Organizing Committee chaired by Mohammed Ruraoh and Dr. Moatasem Jafar as alternate.

• Supervisory Committee of the Board of Governors headed by Ghanim Ahmed.

• The medical committee led by Dr. Wadih Al-Jirah.

• The Development Committee, led by Dr. Jassim Al-Shukaily.

• Legal Committee chaired by Dr. Hamid Al-Shaibani.

• Urgent Committee chaired by Abdul Khaleq Massoud.

• International Relations Committee headed by engineer Hani Abu Reda.

• Women's Committee led by Samar Nassar.

Vice-Presidents of the Federation, Mohammed Rurahoh, Abdul Khaleq Masoud, Abdul-Ilah Al-Dalak, Major-General Jibril Al-Rajoub, Hani Abu Redha, Dr. Moatasem Jafar, Ghanem Ahmed and Dr. Jassim Al-Shukah, attended the meeting.
