A number of universities and areas of the Kingdom celebrated the decision to include the Chinese language in school curricula by launching Twitter in Chinese on the social networking site "Twitter".
At the university level, the three oldest universities in the kingdom were chanted in Chinese language, affirming their support for the right decision. King Saud University was the first of two majors.
King Abdul Aziz University of Jeddah said: "We were the first to sign an agreement for the establishment of the Chinese Science and Culture Exchange Center for Chinese Language Teaching.
At Taif University, its director, Mr. Zaman, emphasized the importance of Chinese language and civilization, revealing its appeal for Chinese language courses at the university.
