See .. Marseille fans celebrate the way the Algerian team
Supporters of the French club Olympique de Marseille celebrated in their own way the crowning of the Algerian national football team at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
Just before giving the whistle at the start of the French league's first game in the south of the league, in front of its "Stade de Reims" on Saturday, Marseille fans have erected a giant sign in one of the stands of the stadium. "Velodrome", reading the name "Algeria" in Arabic.
Unfortunately for Marseille fans, celebrations and joys in the stands were short-lived: their team was not up to the task and suddenly lost to Stade Reims with two unanswered goals.
The Algerian national team has crowned the title of the African Nations Cup organized by Egypt recently beating Senegal 1-0.
