Skaka (echo):

Sources confirmed today, Tuesday, the death of Algerian doctor “Marwan Bouregaa”, who was shot dead by a citizen in Sakaka, Al-Jawf region.

The doctor’s mother said her deceased 49-year-old son worked at Sakaka hospital for two years and the accused shot him in a parking lot.

She revealed her reasons, confirming that the accused asked her son for a certificate of patronage for his wife because she had filed a divorce action against him for negligence and wanted to prove otherwise.

She added that her son, the doctor, had confirmed that the testimony was not available and that a report could be drawn up on it, but that the accused took revenge on him in this way.

Security authorities had successfully arrested the accused, a fifth-decade citizen, and the murder weapon was seized and legal proceedings against him are being finalized.
