Chelsea officials held a meeting to discuss the future of Italian coach Maurizio Sari as team manager following the recent collapse of the English capital.
According to Sky Sports, a meeting was held today to discuss Sari's fate, following Chelsea's disappointing results, the latest of which was Manchester United's farewell after his 2-year defeat 0.
Chelsea have had many negative results in recent weeks, including a 4-0 defeat at Bournemouth and a sixth clear defeat at Manchester City in the Premier League.
Several English reports have indicated in recent days that Chelsea's management had already begun to think of Sari's successor and that former Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane had been nominated for Chelsea's technical leadership in the event that Sari would be fired.
