Sony unveils new phone plan

TOKYO (Reuters) – Japan's Sony Electronics Corp. plans to unveil a new range of smartphones at its press conference at CES 2019 in Los Angeles.

Sony will present the new Xperia XA3 sound model, the XA3 Pro and another ultra-thin model called Ultra, according to The Star.

The Xperia XA3 has many leaks, with a screen of 5.7 inches (18 inches) and an 18: 9 format with a fingerprint sensor on the side of the device.

In its new portfolio, Sony offers the Xperia L3, a basic model, with a 13 megapixel dual rear camera and an 8 megapixel front camera.

The Xperia L3 is based on the 8-core Snapdragon 660 processor, 3GB of RAM, a 3400mA battery, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Sony also offers other models of its smartphones such as Xperia XZ4 and XZ4 Compact, but has not decided when to launch these phones.
