Sony Corporation announced yesterday that it removed from its online store “PlayStation Store” the new video game “Cyberpunk 2077”, justifying this by its relentlessness on the “satisfaction” of its customers, given that the game contained a number of errors.
A statement from Sony’s video game department said the game produced by Polish company CD Project Red and officially launched on December 10 in all regions of the world will be withdrawn “until further notice” from PlayStation Store.
In the statement, the group confirmed that the Sony Interactive Entertainment division wants to “guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction”.
