Shawki Gharib, technical director of the Egyptian Olympic team, rewarded the Pharaohs players after the Saudi team's big 4/1 victory.
The Olympic team won the 4/1 result scored by Taher Mohamed Taher and Ramadan Sobhi after two shots on goal. Ahmed Aboul Fotouh added the third goal of a powerful shot coming from outside the penalty area in the 25th minute. Salah Mohsen scored the fourth goal for the Olympic team.
The Egyptian Olympic team is in a camp at Ain Sokhna in view of a friendly match against Saudi Arabia as part of the Pharaohs preparations for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, hosted by Egypt from 8 to 22 November.
The Egyptian team includes 28 players including four goaltenders, Omar Radwan, Mohamed Sobhy, Mostafa Shobair and Omar Salah, and in defense: Osama Galal, Mahmoud Borai, Mohamed Abdel Salam, Mahmoud Saber "El Gazzar", Ahmed Ramadan "Beckham", Karim Al-Iraqi, Al-Wasat Mohamed Sadek, Ahmed Abul Fotouh, Ahmed Ayman, Ahmed Said, Akram Tawfiq, Ibrahim Abdel-Qawi, Mohamed Ghannam and Imam Ashour, Nasser Maher, Ammar Hamdi, Taher Mohamed Taher, Ahmed Hamdi, Ramadan Sobhi and Salah Mohsen, Mustafa Mohammed, Ahmed Rayan Yasser, Nasser Mansi, Omar Marmoush.
