A young man was quarantined at the Ankupeng hospital in the Swedish city of Uppsala for suspicion of Ebola.
The Swedish newspaper "The Daily" announced that the room in which he was before he was suspected of being infected with the deadly disease had been temporarily closed.
According to the newspaper, the patient suffers from a high fever, but is currently undergoing tests to determine whether he has a hemorrhagic fever or a disease causing the same symptoms as "malaria" in more than normal fever.
The number of Ebola cases recorded since the beginning of the epidemic in the Democratic Republic of Congo has exceeded 590 cases. Because of the illness, 360 people died.
