LONDON (Reuters) – Chelsea striker Eden Hazard was attacked by Sweden's Malmö at the end of a match played in the 32nd round of the European Football League.
Chelsea beat Malmo 2-1 in the final stage, halfway to the final.
Coach Mauricio Sari told Eden Hazzard the last quarter-hour as Chelsea led with two goals, before scoring the goal in the 80th minute.
The English newspaper "The Sun" confirmed that Eden Hazard had been attacked by a Swedish supporter after the match in order to get his jersey.

The Swede tried to take Hazard's shirt in a violent way, which angered the Belgian before yielding the shirt to the young man.

The stadium security quickly came in to protect the 28-year-old from a cheerleader who did not seem fully aware of what he was doing.
UEFA is expected to investigate this incident at Swedbank stadium in the Swedish city of Malmo, and owners may be fined.
