The Syrian Ministry of Health confirmed the presence of cases of "swine flu", noting that it was a few cases and very limited so far.

A source from the Syrian Ministry of Health has reported a number of cases of swine flu, or "H1N1" disease, in a number of hospitals over the past week, but cases are still very few and limited.

The ministerial source pointed out that measures had been taken at the quarantine level in all cases.

"Every winter, there are cases of influenza.This week, there were only two positive cases and the remaining cases were negative.The treatment of these cases is available in hospitals with the Attention of the Ministry of Health by providing all the necessary drugs to treat this disease, at 100%.

The source of the Ministry of Health indicated that the prevention of this disease is carried out only through public awareness and that all the hospitals of the Ministry of Health have effective and free treatment.

Social networking pages have recently reported the arrival of a case in an Aleppo hospital infected with "swine flu" and have been quarantined. The source explained that there were cases, but very few.
