Bayern Munich striker Thomas Mueller will not be able to play Liverpool in the last 16 games of the UEFA Champions League after the suspension of two matches of the European Football Confederation.
The European Union (UEFA) announced on Friday that Muller had stopped two games after receiving a red card in the last group match against Ajax for his violent intervention against Nicolas Tagliavico and a red card.

Bayern have to travel to Liverpool at Anfield on February 19th and the return match at the Allianz Arena on March 13th.
Muller has been involved in six games with Bayern in the Champions League without conceding any goals so far.
