HealthLine has published a report on the benefits of vitamin D, a widely available nutrient, but many of the world's population suffers from it, causing health problems.
The report pointed out the surprise of naturally receiving vitamin D due to sun exposure, but some parts of the world do not enjoy a clear atmosphere, people are not getting enough vitamin.
He pointed out that 42% of Americans suffer from a lack of vitamin "D", but that this vitamin is very important for maintaining healthy bones and the immune system.
Vitamin D takes care of the self-production of the skin under the influence of ultraviolet rays, by transforming the raw material, "dihydrocholesterol 7", into a precursor of vitamin D3 (D3), then into vitamin D3.
Vitamin D is found in foods of animal origin and is exactly the same as vitamin D3 produced by our body, as well as in foods of plant origin and other foods such as liver, egg yolk and fish oil.
The recommended daily intake is estimated between 400 and 800 IU (0.1 IU = 0.025 mg), but many people do not consume enough vitamin D, despite its many benefits.
