The application of the law of God to a citizen who has taken another dispute with Hodeidah

The Ministry of the Interior today issued a statement on the execution of the death penalty in the governorate of Hafr Al-Batin, in the following terms:
Allah the Almighty said (O you who believe!) The stories of the dead are written on you.
The Almighty said (and you in the stories of life, O Lord of doors that you can fear).
Abdul Rahman bin Ali bin Hadi al-Marri (Saudi Arabian), killed / Meshaal bin Amush bin Salim al-Mutairi (Saudi Arabian), and received a powerful punch in several parts of the body until his death, as a result of a quarrel between them.
Thank God, the security authorities were able to arrest the culprit and his investigation resulted in the indictment of his crime and, by returning him to the Tribunal, an instrument proving his sentence was sentenced to death, thereby confirming the verdict rendered by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. My property to enforce what was prescribed by sharia and confirmed his reference against the said delinquent.
The death sentence was executed as a punishment by the author / Abdulrahman bin Ali ben Hadi al-Marri (Saudi Arabian) on Wednesday 12/01/1441 in the province of AH Hafr Al-Batin , in the province of East.
The Ministry of the Interior declares this to assure everyone of the seriousness of the guardian government of the Two Holy Mosques – may God protect it – to restore security and justice and the implementation of God's provisions for all those who violate the safe and shed their blood, and at the same time warns anyone who begs to do so, so that the lawful punishment will be his fate.
