The decision to form a women's team in the management of training
Asir District Secretary, Walid Al-Humaidi, promulgated a decree appointing Ashwaq Bint Hussein al-Qahtani to the post of Director of Training and Development in the Asir region, occupying the first leadership position held by a Saudi woman from the municipality of Aseer and its municipalities.
This was part of a plan to develop municipal work within the Secretariat and to realize the 2030 vision.
Dr. Waleed Al-Humaidi said: "On the basis of the principle of attracting management skills to carry out the management work and to realize the vision of the 2030 Kingdom of the importance of women's participation in In management positions, it was decided to appoint Ashwaq Al-Qahtani as Director of Training and Development in Asir Municipality.
It should be noted that a team of women has been trained in this department to follow all aspects of training and development in the municipality of Aseer and its municipalities.
