The President of the Arab Union for Special Education pointed out that the creation of the Union would contribute to the search for ways facilitating the exchange of experiences between institutions. education of Member States and similar international institutions, in line with international standards, which would improve the level of educational outcomes in the EU Member States. For its part, the Secretary General of the Economic Unit Council of the Arab League, Ambassador Mohammed Al-Rabie stressed the importance of developing special education to contribute, with the Public education, the development of Arab societies by preparing Arab cadres capable of creativity and innovation.

Khalifa added that the Arab Union for Special Education also aimed to develop professional standards for teachers with learning difficulties and those with special needs, to practice education at all levels and in all specialties and to create an organization specializing in the care of researchers and innovators in the field of investment-minded, and to encourage and support the l & 39; investment in the design and development of integrated programs.
