The arrest of a fan threw a banana peel at the Emirates Stadium during Tottenham and Arsenal

A Tottenham supporter was arrested after throwing a banana peel on the ground during his match against Arsenal at Emirates Stadium on Sunday.

The banana peel was launched from a remote corner on the pitch after Pierre Emeric Obamyang scored a goal for Arsenal, who won the match 4-1.

A spokesman for the club has confirmed the ban on the cheerleader, and the charity anti-discrimination Kick At Out has called for the ban on playing for life.
