The basketball team has achieved another success for the Jordanian sport by qualifying Sunday for the finals of the World Cup in China this summer.
The national team came out of Sunday's 86-80 victory over Prince Hamza at Al-Hussein Youth City in the sixth qualifying round.
In the same group, Lebanon lost to South Korea.
The match against New Zealand saw a large crowd reduced by the gym to help this great presence motivate the players and push them to win and thus reach the qualification for the basket of the World Cup.
This is the second time that the team qualifies for the World Cup.
