The Chief of Kings, Tawfiq Al-Qadri, revealed the favorite dishes of the keeper of the two holy mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect him.
Tawfiq al-Qadri said in his interview with Al-Ikhbariya channel: “King Salman loved Manto, Fermosa, Ghammash, Bukhari rice, cable rice and all Hijazi dishes.”
The Chief of the Kings underlined: “King Fahd and King Abdullah preferred Hedjazi dishes from Medina, Mecca and Jeddah.
He explained, “Sultan Qaboos bin Said, God have mercy on him, was asking for the kombori dish, an Omani dish I was very good at.”
He pointed to the personalities who tasted his food, King Fahd, King Abdullah, King Salman and former US President Barack Obama.
