BEIJING (Reuters) – A three-to-Chinese alliance could hurt the world's most popular instant messaging applications, including WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, according to media reports.
The leading Chinese company, Xiaomi, has formed an alliance with its compatriots Oppo and Vivo to create a messaging platform for the phones of the three companies, according to the GSM technical website.

This tripartite platform is always tested for the development and software departments of Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo.
