Liverpool manager Juergen Klopp responded to Manchester City defender Kyle Walker, in which he ridiculed Liverpool for a draw in Leicester City, preventing Liverpool from extending the Celtics' lead.
Manchester City suffered a surprise defeat by Newcastle on matchday 24 of the Premier League, giving Liverpool a prominent opportunity to leapfrog the Premier League table to extend the gap with their rivals the closer, but missed the opportunity.
"They thought to widen the gap to seven points," Walker said in a Twitter social network account, showing a photo of Harry Maguire, who scored for Liverpool in Liverpool.
"I've never seen another team fail or lose a face," said Klopp, referring to Walker's behavior. "It's a sport, you have to take care of yourself and do better."
"I do not understand that (what Walker did) Maybe for the fans it looks different, for those who know it, how can I criticize something that I do not understand? "
Liverpool leads the Premier League with 61 points, while Manchester City is second with 56 points.
