The courage of Tabuk's student rescued her brother from the midst of a fire that broke out at their home.

A four-year-old high school student, Tabuk, her four-year-old brother, was rescued from a fire in their house, an apartment, where she was able to pull him out of the fire that had ravaged large parts of the house.

The student Reem Balawi – thanks to God – played an important role in rescuing her brother from the center of the fire while her father was away from home because of his working conditions at the social security in the province of Ola, in the medina.

Sultan Rameem Sultan Khalaf Al-Balawi, candidate for the award for excellence in education on the morning of the event, said that among the 533 students from the region of Tabuk,

She said: "When the sun disappeared on Thursday, July 7, 2014, with a blind eye, a fire broke out in my father's room and the smoke swept over the house. all my brothers, I lost my little brother Fahd.

"I heard the sound of her cough inside the room, and at that moment no one could get in because of the fire and the thick smoke, and thanks to God and to his kindness, I was inspired to dare myself.

I took it and turned off the fire, and took my breath, according to the training I had received during the first aid course on pulmonary resuscitation in the Saudi Red Crescent.

Incident in which she was interviewed by the general director of education in the region of Tabuk, Ibrahim Bin Hussein Al-Amri, student of Reem Bint Sultan Al-Balawi, member of the seventh high school security and safety team .
