Saudi authorities on Thursday issued a death sentence against an elderly citizen who killed his father in the capital, Riyadh, the official SPA news agency reported.
The Interior Ministry said in a statement that the attacker had hit his father with a tool (an iron crutch) on different parts of his body and had beaten him repeatedly, resulting in his death, under the influence of alcohol and the use of prohibited cereals.
