Signs and differences between schizophrenia and psychosis
Psychosis is a mental illness while schizophrenia is a mental illness; Most of the time, psychosis is a mental symptom that accompanies many other mental and neurological illnesses, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Note that many types of stress and lack of sleep can cause certain states of psychosis and visual hallucinations. The person does not have to be mentally ill.
