The Egyptian Foreign Minister in response to Erdogan's abuses: We will not slip at your level

Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shukri considered the insulting statements of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan as "a deliberate attempt to draw attention to the Arab-European summit in Sharm el-Sheikh", saying : "We are moving away from this slide".

"We regard these statements as an attempt to draw attention to the Arab-European summit organized by Egypt, so we have not dealt with it today because we are concerned about what is more important than any hate, "he said.

Regarding the implications of the first Arab-European summit in his country, Shukri said: "This is an indication that such a conference was needed to stand in Egypt as a center of gravity for the Arab world and its multiple affiliations for both the Arab world and the Islamic world, as a Mediterranean and African country Cairo Presidency of the African Union ".
