A source from Gabaliyya's council revealed that the first criterion is to organize the ranking, the clubs starting in the fourth place of the Arab Championship, according to the number assigned to the Egyptian clubs of the Arab Championship, that it acts two or three clubs.
He added that there is another criterion, popular and popular, in which the Arab Union prefers the participation of clubs with history and the masses to win the marketing success of the championships, noting that the Football Association has not not yet decided which standard to adopt.
