Bryan Acton, co-founder of Watts August, urged students at Stanford University to remove their Facebook account while explaining why this app had been sold for Mark Zuckerberg's chat app.

"We give them power, it's the bad side.We buy their products and we share those sites. We have to delete Facebook, is not it?" Said Acton.

"I had 50 employees and I had to think about them, the money that they would withdraw from the sale.I had to think about our investors and my few stock.I didn 't have any leverage to say no if you wanted it, "said Acton.

Acton said in an interview with a magazine ForbesThe fact that Facebook tried to profit from Watts Ab was the reason he left the company and gave up $ 850 million.

"In the end, I sold my business, the privacy of the users and I chose a compromise, so I saw it every day," said Acton quoted by Forbes.
