The Buraidah Criminal Court issued a preliminary ruling prohibiting the conviction of 18 accused of manufacturing, selling and promoting banned alcohol, and added to the drinks of a coffee shop in the province of 39; Onaiza.

The verdict did not contain any charges against the prosecution against the accused in this case, after the court found an anomaly in the reports of analysis of drinks.

It was established in court that all materials manufactured in the beverage facility were registered with the FDA and sold in most department stores, which may have favored the analysis of a sample, either because of misuse of the mixed material, or a delay in its analysis, which led to fermentation.

The court also decided to ask the executive authorities to take the necessary steps to ensure the safety of the store's products from a health point of view, and then to allow it to start work immediately.
