Iraqi Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Abdul Amir Yarallah arrived in Riyadh today, Tuesday.
The visit comes a day after a high-level Saudi delegation visited Iraq to discuss military cooperation between the two countries.

In a related context, a Saudi-Iraqi summit was held tonight, Tuesday, via closed circuit television, which brought together Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi.

The meetings of the fourth session of the Saudi-Iraqi Coordinating Council were held today, as a continuation of efforts to strengthen Riyadh-Baghdad relations at the strategic level and open new horizons of cooperation in various fields. The foreign ministers of the two countries also held a video conference during which they discussed joint cooperation.
