The Judicial Commission set a deadline for 25 defendants, presided over by a judge, to respond to the case of their conviction in the so-called suspect case of al-Baha sukuk.
This occurred after the Makkah Court of Appeal last week handed over to the accused the procedure sheet submitted by the Control and Investigation Commission.
The list of charges included forgery, the exploitation of the influence of work, administrative abuse and corruption.
Investigations resulted in the indictment of a judge, a notary, judicial officials and businessmen who had suspected a sukuk al-Baha to receive compensation from millionaire on the road Baha-al-Aqiq.
