The most expensive advocate of history? Manchester prepares 100 million people to join Coulibaly

LONDON (Reuters) – Manchester United are ready to spend $ 100 million to hire Senegal defender Calido Coulibaly during the transfer in January.

United manager Jose Murnio has long wanted to strengthen the defense line after a disappointing summer transfer period, the Daily Mail reported on Friday.

Napoli has already rejected two offers from Manchester United to give up the services of Cullibali, but the club is preparing a third bid for the Senegalese side in January.

The club claims 100 million pounds to lose to Coulibaly, who won Jose Mourinho's 1-0 win over Liverpool in the Champions League group stage.

The 27-year-old could thus become the most expensive defender in history, surpassing Dutchman Virgil Van Dyke, who joined Liverpool in January from Southampton for £ 75m.
