The American rapper Neppsie Hassel was killed at the age of 33, media reports said.

The late rapper was shot dead Sunday afternoon while he was standing in front of Marathon's clothing store in Hype Park, Los Angeles, according to JustJared.

The last quote was received by his Twitter account a few hours before his death, in which he wrote: "You have the blessing of powerful enemies."

Hassel survived a shootout and was accompanied by his two sons and a girlfriend before the new assassination attempt.
