The handball team beat Ukraine 5-2 in the first round of the Riga friendly match in the Latvian camp in which the Pharaohs are preparing for the World Cup in Denmark next January.
The team includes Karim Hindawi, Issam El Tayyar, Omar El Wakil, Karim Ayman, Ali Zain, Yehia El Daraa, Abdel Rahman Abdo, Omar Hajjaj, Islam Hassan, Ahmed El Ahmar, Yehia Khaled, Mohamed Sanad, Akram Saad and Ibrahim Mohamed
The camp is part of the team's preparations for the World Championship which will take place from 10 to 27 January in Germany and Denmark.
