A study conducted by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in collaboration with the US Centers for Disease Control, indicates that pregnancy is one of the most important stages in a woman's life in order to prevent future food allergies in the newborn. The consumption of specific foods that can help prevent food allergies in their children is followed by about 2,000 pregnant women starting in the third trimester and their children in the first year of life.

"Despite the changes in diet, babies of these mothers are more likely to have nutritional problems at the age of 4 months, but not at the age of 9 months or 12 months, and it is unlikely that they will be diagnosed with food allergies, "she said.
