It took a year to review and 70 workshops took place

The promulgation of the Executive Regulation on Human Resources in the Public Service, a significant shift to a qualitative leap in government action in terms of the quality of the desired objectives, either through revisions and amendments to the public service system and regulations or by the quality of the changes and development mechanisms adopted in the nature and principles of the new regulation.

When we look at the steps, steps and activities of the listing process, we find that it is through the involvement of a wide range of public and private sector experts, as well as benchmark comparisons between a number of countries in the developed world and other countries, in order to diagnose the reality and identify the needs and requirements of the public administrations and employees covered by the system. The public service, in keeping with modern administrative changes, supports the realization of the vision, simplifies procedures, allows the government agency to autonomously manage its affairs with its human resources, supports efforts to harmonize work systems and the public service and creates an organizational and efficient planning environment and to improve the efficiency of human resources, and push to attract distinct skills.

This review lasted 12 months, during which more than 70 workshops were organized with the participation of more than 150 participants, in addition to the participation of 17 government agencies.
