The promulgation of the Executive Regulation on Human Resources in the Public Service, a significant shift to a qualitative leap in government action in terms of the quality of the desired objectives, either through revisions and amendments to the public service system and regulations or by the quality of the changes and development mechanisms adopted in the nature and principles of the new regulation.
When we look at the steps, steps and activities of the listing process, we find that it is through the involvement of a wide range of public and private sector experts, as well as benchmark comparisons between a number of countries in the developed world and other countries, in order to diagnose the reality and identify the needs and requirements of the public administrations and employees covered by the system.
