China's smart phone company Xiaomi has filed a patent with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for its new phone screen.
The patent presents a complete telephone screen covering all four aspects: the patent was filed in January and published in the FAO database in early February.
The screen left and right, like in the Samsung Galaxy S9, and up and down is unprecedented than on any phone, and the screen takes up about half of the # 39, thickness of the phone.
There are no visible buttons on the phone and, at the bottom, you can only see a type C USB port. At the back of the phone you can see room for a double camera and a flash.
The patented design will completely remove the edges, giving a complete display on the phone.
The photo does not show the location of the camera hole before and, until now, it is not clear how the camera will contain a front camera.
Shaoi has provided a curved screen on both sides, such as the Samsung Galaxy S series, as well as a sliding design (as shown in the Mi Mix 3) and a perforated screen to reduce the edges.
Chaomi has a foldable smart phone in development, but the curved display of the four sides will certainly be a new experience.
