The owner of the Beverly cinema in Paris decided to close the house, which opened in 1960, the last pornographic cinema in the French capital.
Maurice LaRouche, 75, had decided to close the cinema in 2017, but that's what he decided to do now because movie sales are three times lower than in 20 years.
LaRouche noted that his clients are aging and that their numbers are starting to decline in Beverly Cinema.
"The Beverly Theater is where you make sure that minors will never see pornographic material, but that they're now watching adult movies on their cell phones," LaRouche said.
LaRouche made the last movie at the cinema before it closed on February 23rd. LaRouche also plans to devote a full week to show all film documentations to those who want to buy them in the form of chairs, posters, movies and "anything".
"I've put everything on sale except myself," admitted LaRouche in a melancholy moment.
